    Web Application Developer

    IT Sales and Support Executive (Field Sales)

    Role Overview:

    We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented IT Sales and Support Executive to join our team. This is a high-energy Field Salesrole requiring extensive travel across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT products and services, including our flagship Bizly Cloud POS App, website development, and custom app development services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Field Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct door-to-door and business-to-business (B2B) sales visits to retail shops, restaurants, and corporate clients.
    • Product Demos & Closures: Present and demonstrate the Bizly Cloud POS App and website/software services to prospective clients and close deals.
    • Target Market Identification: Proactively approach companies and businesses looking for IT services, custom software, and mobile app development.
    • Lead Follow-up: Utilize personal field-generated leads as well as inside leads provided by the internal team to maximize conversions.
    • Client Support: Provide basic onboarding support and ensure high customer satisfaction during the initial setup.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Communication: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in Tamil (English is a plus).
    • Experience: Prior experience in field sales, software sales, or IT services is highly preferred.
    • Assets: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike) and have a valid driving license (essential for local Madurai sales and travel).
    • Travel: High willingness to travel extensively all over Tamil Nadu.
    • Attitude:Goal-driven, resilient, and capable of meeting monthly sales targets.
    Component Details
    Base Salary ₹8,000 per month (Subject to achieving the minimum monthly target)
    Probation Period 6 Months
    Statutory Benefits PF & ESI will be activated immediately upon successful completion of the 6-month probation and job confirmation.
    Allowances TA / DA (Travelling & Daily Allowance) will be provided for all official field travel.

    Monthly Target Breakdown

    To qualify for the base salary, the executive must successfully secure the following minimum closures each month:

    1. 4 Closures of the Bizly Cloud POS App
    2. 1 Closure of the Website Development Project
    3. Active Pipeline Generation for custom App Development and other IT services.

    Incentive & Bonus Structure (The Earning Potential)

    We reward high performance. Once the base target of 4 POS apps + 1 Website is achieved, the bonus structure kicks in:

    • Super Bonus (More than 4 Leads):For every additional Bizly Cloud POS app or IT service closed beyond the baseline target, a generous cash bonus/commission will be awarded per sale.
    • High-Value Commission: A percentage-based commission will be awarded for successful closures of large-scale Custom App Development or heavy IT service contracts.

    Note to Candidates:While our internal marketing team will support you by sharing verified leads, the executive is expected to actively prospect, hit the field, and reach out to businesses that genuinely need cloud apps and IT solutions.
