Responsibilities:

WordPress Development & Customization

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• Implement responsive designs that ensure optimal viewing across all devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues.
• Maintain and update existing WordPress websites.

UI/UX Design & Implementation:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Webmaster Duties:

Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

• Manage the full monthly/bi-weekly payroll cycle, including calculation of wages, overtime, commissions, bonuses, deductions, and accurate final settlements for leaving employees.

Tax & Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure strict compliance with all statutory deductions and prepare/file related reports and returns on time.

Benefits Accounting:

• Accurately track and account for all employee benefits, including insurance premiums, retirement contributions, and other related expenses.

HRIS Management:

• Maintain and update employee master data (new hires, terminations, salary adjustments) within the HRIS/payroll system.

Employee Support:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee payroll and benefits-related queries.

Order-to-Payment Cycle:

• Generate and issue official purchase orders (POs), track order delivery, verify receipts against orders, and coordinate invoice processing with Accounts Payable.

Asset/Inventory Coordination:

• Maintain basic records of significant purchases and assist relevant departments with initial asset tagging or inventory coordination, where required.

Core Requirements:

General Ledger (GL) Integration Knowledge:

• Understanding of accounting principles and the process required to accurately prepare and post payroll journal entries into the General Ledger system.

Account Reconciliation Expertise:

• Proficiency in performing regular reconciliations of all payroll liability accounts (e.g., taxes, benefits payable) to ensure GL balances match payroll system reports.

Financial Reporting Aptitude:

• Capability to generate detailed labor cost reports and comprehensive procurement spending analyses for management and budgeting purposes, including advanced MS Excel skills.

Tax & Statutory Knowledge:

• Solid knowledge of all statutory deductions (e.g., income tax, social security, provident funds) and the preparation/filing of related reports and returns.

HRIS/Payroll System Knowledge:

• Familiarity with managing and updating employee master data within a HRIS/payroll system.

Order-to-Payment Cycle Understanding:

• Knowledge of the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, including PO generation, receipt verification, and invoice coordination.
