Fostering Innovation: AI Project Reviews
Recently, our CEO, Mr Vels, had the privilege of visiting Kamaraj College of Engineering in Virudhunagar. Serving as an AI Project Reviewer for the final-year B.E. CSE students, our leadership witnessed firsthand the incredible potential and innovative spirit of the next generation of technologists.
The Session: Igniting the Entrepreneurial Mindset
Beyond technical reviews, TVPL led a transformative half-day workshop titled "Igniting the Entrepreneurial Mindset". In an era dominated by virtual algorithms and digital distractions, true focus has become a rare commodity.
The session moved beyond standard business advice to address the root of success: The Mind.Our CEO introduced the students to the concept of Soul Consciousness, the practice of using one's intellect to protect and empower the mindset, ensuring that consistency and discipline form the foundation of any future startup or career journey.
The 3-Scroll Reality Check
To help students audit their own focus, we introduced a simple validation test:
“Open your phone, go to Instagram, and scroll three times. What is the ratio of posts related to your career and upskilling versus pure distraction?”
This ratio is the exact measurement of current effort and focus. We challenged the students to make this visit their "DAY ONE", the day they align their digital habits and physical environments with their ultimate career vision.

We summarized the path forward for these aspiring innovators through three core pillars:
